That’s Amore

Bi-Rite Market

Cooking and feeding others is an act of love. And there’s something beautifully comforting about a classic Italian spaghetti meal with the personal finishing touch of olive oil and salt.
  • Poschiavo Spaghetti: made by the Fisler family in the Valle di Poschiavo, just over the Italian border in Switzerland since 1900. Made of coarsely ground hard durum wheat, the beautifully rough texture has a great chew and a nutty flavor.
  • Bianco DiNapoli Tomato Sauce: a collaboration between James Beard award winning restaurateur Chris Bianco and third generation canner Rob DiNapoli. This tomato sauce is produced from simple organic ingredients harvested at their peak ripeness.
  • Bi-Rite Puglian Extra Virgin Olive Oil: an inspired collaboration with Olearia Schiralli, one of the most respected olive growers in Puglia. A robust, buttery, peppery, and well-balanced olive oil with enjoyable bitterness.
  • Marisal Sea Salt: an artisanal salt hand-harvested by a century-old co-op of local families in Colima, Mexico. Dried by the sun, it has a porous and crunchy texture, making it perfect for baking or as a finishing salt for saladsveggies, or pasta.
  • Cici's Handmade Lemon Italian Cookies: inspired by Nana Julie's secret family recipe, these delightful treats have the perfect punch of citrus and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
  • Dick Taylor Fleur de Sel Bar: made with 73% dark chocolate blend of Brazilian and Madagascan cacao sweetened with Brazilian cane sugar finished with hand-harvested Guatemalan sea salt flakes. Handcrafted in Eureka, California.
