Carrots and Cauliflower with Lemony Tahini Dressing

Our friends at Burlap & Barrel have an incredible cured sumac, which hits on some bright, sour, salty, and slightly fermented notes. So we mixed it with a lemon tahini dressing and then pour it over roasted cauliflower and carrots. This is one of those dishes that can be eaten warm or chilled, although I’m partial to chilled because you really get the nuanced flavors of the cured sumac and tahini on your tongue. -Sam M.
