A Hanukkah favorite! Buttery cream cheese dough is rolled with bittersweet Guittard chocolate, and toasted almonds, then topped with cinnamon sugar before being baked. The results are fantastic...eight pieces of flaky and moist, chocolaty, nutty rugelach. I just wish we had these around all year long. -Sam M
