Responsibly raised on lush Oregon pasture, Anderson lamb are 100% grass fed, certified humane, and about as delicious and tender as lamb can get. Raised by fifth generation family ranchers who raise and process the lamb on their land. 

The leg is a wonderful cut to serve to a large group especially when you can carve it off the bone tableside. It’s a bit more challenging to prepare, yet delivers an exceptionally flavorful centerpiece as the bone adds so much flavor and keeps the roast moist. Anderson lamb are sweet and arent gamey in flavor at all. Serve with chimichurri or a smoky romesco sauce. Each leg weighs approximately 8 pounds and will serve 10 guests.   -Sam M
