Lamb Rack

Responsibly raised on lush Oregon pasture, Anderson lamb are 100% grass fed, certified humane, and about as delicious and tender as lamb can get. Raised by fifth generation family ranchers who raise and process the lamb on their land. The rack is by far the superior cut off the lamb.

Eight beautiful, center cut chops, that when roasted to medium rare, deliver the most tender and delicious tasting lamb you can imagine. Anderson lamb are sweet and aren’t gamey in flavor at all. Each rack weighs approximately 3 pounds and will serve 3-4 guests as a main course, or provide 8 individual chops if serving as an appetizer. –Sam M
