Shipping policy

Holiday preorder deliveries are sent by a 3rd party delivery service. Someone must be present to receive the delivery. You will receive text messages on the day of delivery with status updates.

Holiday preorder pickups and Wine Club pickups are available at each of our three Bi-Rite Market locations. Any staff member can help assist to locate and hand off your order to you.

Gift card orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
