A Prime Rib, aka a Standing Rib Roast, is the celebratory and most traditional holiday centerpiece. Don't let its regal aura intimidate you. Salt, pepper, a sturdy roasting pan and a meat thermometer are all you need to perfectly cook this decadent roast. Whether you're feeding 15 or  4, we'll set you up to make sure everyone at the table is happy.  Each rib weighs 1.5-2 pounds and will feed 2 guests. -Chili M
