This reheat and serve ham kit makes serving dinner deliciously easy. A gorgeous half ham from our friends at Heritage Foods USA comes with our housemade honey mustard glaze to take it next level. Cheesy Herb Crusted Mac & Cheese, roasted Carrots & Sprouting Cauliflower, and a Spinach and Fennel Salad round out this meal perfectly sized to serve 4 to 6 guests. -Sam M

Contents: Maple Sugar Cured Boneless Half Ham (4-5lbs), 1 container Herb Crusted Mac & Cheese, 1 container Carrots & Sprouting Cauliflower with Balsamic Onions, 1 container Spinach and Fennel Salad with Golden Beets & Citrus, 1 jar Honey Mustard Glaze

For the Maple Glazed Ham:

2-1/2 hours before serving: Remove the ham from the refrigerator to allow it to come to room temperature for even heating.

2 hours before: Preheat oven to 350°F.

1-1/2 hours before: Place the Heritage Ham, packaging removed, in a roasting pan. If desired, score the top of the ham with a sharp knife about 1/4″ deep and 1/2″ apart. This will expose the ham to the glaze and create a gorgeous texture. Shake the jar of glaze. Spoon or brush half the glaze onto the ham. Pour in 1 cup of liquid (poultry or vegetable broth recommended) and place in the oven. Heat 1 to 1-1/2 hours, basting the ham every 15-20 minutes with the remaining glaze, until the ham is heated through or to an internal temperature of 140°F in the center. Allow ham to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving. Serve with the reserved glaze from the pan.

    For Herb Crusted Mac & Cheese:

    1 hour before: Remove Mac & Cheese from the refrigerator to allow it to come to room temperature.

    Oven (ideal): Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before heating to allow it to come to room temperature. If using the aluminum alloy container, simply remove the plastic lid and loosely cover with foil. Or transfer to your own oven-safe ceramic casserole dish, being extra careful with the breadcrumbs. Reheat in a 350°F oven until heated through, roughly 40-45 minutes until bubbling and crusty. Remove the foil for the final 10 minutes of cooking to help ensure even heating.

    Microwave (will not form a crust): Remove the plastic lid and heat on high for 4-6 minutes, or until heated through.

      For Carrots & Sprouting Cauliflower:

      1 hour before: Remove Carrots & Sprouting Cauliflower from the refrigerator to allow it to come to room temperature.

      Oven: Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before heating to allow them to come to room temperature. If using the aluminum alloy container, simply remove the plastic lid and loosely cover with foil. Or transfer to your own oven-safe ceramic casserole dish. Reheat in a 350°F oven until hot, roughly 25-35 minutes for 2-3 servings, 35-45 minutes for 4-6 servings.

      Microwave: Remove the plastic lid and heat on high for 3-5 minutes for 2-3 servings, 4-6 minutes for 4-6 servings, or until heated through. Stop and stir every 60 seconds to ensure even heating.
