The Pitman Family has done an awesome job of responsibly raising the turkeys we get these legs from. They’re a great option for those who love dark meat. Delicious when roasted, but if you have the time, braising them is ideal, and will yield super tender, falling off the bone turkey that’ll surely be the first eaten. -Sam M
