The Liberty Duck is a meatier, more flavorful relative to the famous Pekin Duck. When you roast it until the skin is golden and crispy, then coat with a sweet and spicy glaze, Liberty Duck is one of the best taste experiences out there. If you want to make something other than turkey or prime rib this holiday, this could be your way to go. Raised by fourth generation poultry farmer Jim Reichardt, these ducks are local chefs’ favorites, and what’s served at the best restaurants across the Bay Area.
