We took all the work out of it so you can just relax and enjoy. We brine and roast the breast, braise the thighs, and take all the tender meat off the bone, so what you get is nothing but delicious, perfectly cooked turkey goodness. Just heat and serve. -Sam M

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients: Turkey Thigh, Turkey Breast (Turkey, Sea Salt, Cane Sugar), Chicken Stock (Chicken Bones, Carrots), Rice Bran Oil, Celery, Carrot, Yellow Onion, Red Wine, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Pepper, Salt, Thyme, Bay Leaves

Oven:
Remove the plastic lid and cover with foil or transfer the turkey to your own oven-safe ceramic casserole dish. Heat in a 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through. For the juiciest turkey breast, consider basting it with pan juices every 15 minutes during cooking.

Microwave:
Remove the plastic lid, cover with a microwave-safe lid, and heat on high for 4-6 minutes, or until heated through. Stop and stir every 60 seconds to ensure even heating. Stop once heated through so as not to overcook.
