Pâté with Black Pepper

A rustic, coarsely ground well-balanced blend of pork and pork liver liberally seasoned with black pepper, this pâté is an excellent addition to any party platter. Be sure to add some cornichons, whole grain mustard, and baguette to serve with it. -Sam M
