Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Cane Sugar, Maple Sugar, And Brown Sugar, Spice Extractives, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Vinegar, Sodium Nitrite

Place your Maple Cured Heritage Ham on a roasting pan with a rack with 1 cup of water, wine, or stock in the bottom of the pan. Optional: brush your ham with one of the following three glazes to enhance the flavor.

Cover the ham with foil and cook at 325℉ oven until ham reaches 135℉. (It is fully cooked, you just want to warm it up without drying it out.)

Turn up the oven to 400℉ for the final 10-15 minutes, remove the foil, brush on some more glaze if you are using it, and roast until caramelized to your liking.
