SENDING A GIFT

What shipping methods are available?

Gift boxes are shipped via UPS. You can select from Ground or Priority shipping during checkout. Sorry, but we are not currently able to ship internationally.

What is inside the shipping box?

Your gift is packed with care using recyclable materials to ensure it arrives as intended. Since this is a gift, we will not include an invoice with the order.

Can I add a personalized gift note to my gift?

Yes! Messages for gift notes can be placed in the order note box at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

How can I place a large order or ship to multiple addresses?

You can either place separate orders for each shipping address, or contact us via phone 415-321-8070 x1 and we’ll be happy to assist you. Phones are open Monday – Saturday, 9am – 5pm.

Can I customize what’s in my gift box?

We’re sorry, but customization of gift boxes isn't currently available. However if you are local, our Market staff would be happy to help you pick out delicious items for a personalized gift.
