I love dark meat on a turkey, especially when it is braised low and slow. Cooked in a flavorful broth with lots of aromatics until falling off the bone, we remove all the bones so what you get is pulled Mary's turkey meat that is unbelievably tasty. Just heat and serve. -Sam M
