Founded in 1979, Semeli Estate has been focusing on growing native Greek varietals of the hilly region of Koutsi, where crop levels are low, concentration of flavors high, and fruit and natural acids in positive balance. Winemaker Yiannis Flerianos has taken the beloved Moschofilero, a naturally pink-skinned varietal, and crafted an elegant, refreshing white wine that will transport you to the Mediterranean!

Location
100% Moschofilero, is grown from low yielding estate vineyards grown in clay soils from the slopes of Zevgolatio, in the Mantinia appellation, reaching just over 2,000 feet.

Production
Handpicked, chilled overnight then pressed and vinified. Fermented in stainless steel and matured on the lees for 4 months.

Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with grey hues, revealing aromas of roses, lemons and white flowers followed up with herbs, ripe tropical fruit, yuzu, sea salt, bergamot and hints of green fruit.

Pairing
Enjoy with large salads, poultry, seafood, grilled fish with lemon, saffron risotto, and pasta with a rich butter or cream sauce.
